1 year anniversary gifts for a boyfriend?

We will be together 1 year on january 14th. We are 17 years old and in a long distance relationship so we cant be together for our 1 year. I’ve already gotten him a nice necklace for his birthday and a pic of us with a nice watch for christmas. He loves the cowboys, playing lacrosse and rugby, has a mustang which is his baby, he is somewhat religious, he is an emt, and will be goin into the military. Any ideas?
