Its our anniversary, I have a gift bag of gifts, any creative/ romantic ideas how I should present it?

I have a gift bag of gifts that kind of gives a clue that I have a new (diamond) ring to give her. I’m not sure when I should give it to her: After church the day before our anniversary we will renew our vows and I will give her the ring (all this is a surprise to her). Give the gifts before or after church?
