One year for … One year for Valentines Day (not anniversary) i made 2 personalized pizza’s and shaped them into heart had some wine some candles some Andrea Bocelli and it was cute romantic and different when do you eat a heart shaped pizza. Our fav food is pizza And i love to cook I went all out though, I tool out pretty china and our fancy napkins and our pretty wine goblets Happy Anniversary!
We did the indoor … We did the indoor picnic thing except with chocolate fondue! It was really yummy and we had all kinds of yummy things to dip in the chocolate…fruit, cookies or wafers, pretzels, marshmallows…sparkling juice…candles…it’s fun!
If you have a … If you have a fireplace and it allows for it, you could make s’mores…go for a couples massage..or get take out and rent the first movie you guys watched together.
Maybe a picnic … Maybe a picnic indoors? I did this once and even though I cook I ordered from our fav restaurant and had everything set out on a blanket. Candles, lots of comfy pillows and flowers! Have some sparkling cider with chocolate covered strawberries! It was very romantic. Good luck!
Hey, I dont know … Hey, I dont know how romantic you are but a really good idea is when he gets home from work (or school), is to leave him a trail of notes starting from the door of things to do. One of my friends done this to her hubby and I thought it was pretty cool. Simple things like “take a shower” “put a certain outfit on” “jug is hot, make yourself a cuppa” “follow the trail of flowers” and then she had other tasks for him like playing the guitar, until he got to her waiting in the lounge with dinner.
My husband and I … My husband and I were just talking about what to do for our first wedding anniversary in May… He says we should get each other’s name tattooed on our bums. Ha! So that’s an idea LOLOLOL Congrats on your anniversary!
You could also do … You could also do beach theme, China, where ever!!!! I hope you understand what I am trying to explain. This is an idea I have been wanting to do for years and haven’t had a chance to yet. Another idea is to set up clues all around the house each leading him to another clue that would eventually lead him to a gift, or to you or whatever!!! Hope this gives you some ideas, Happy Anniversary!!!
something that I … something that I always thought was a good idea was to set up a themed dinner. Such as if ya’ll have a place that ya’ll want to visit but can’t yet or a place that you can’t wait to go back and visit, theme your dinner around that. You can set up some decor and cook food that you would find there. Examples: If you both liked India, you could cook your favorite Indian dishes and throw some pillows on the floor, hang some lanterns (or candles) and have a pretend getaway! Hope this makes since.
This isn’t just a 2 … This isn’t just a 2 year anniversary idea or even something for you two to do celebrating wise but thought I’d share with you a little something that my hubby and I do.. We write each other a letter but don’t read them and we put it in a sealed envelope and put it into our fire safe box and we are going to do that on every anniversary and then on our 10th or 15th (not sure yet) we are going to open a letter each year (starting with our first year) and read them to each other. )
my advice and kinda … my advice and kinda what I do is I don’t make everything all fancy. why have the frills when it should be just about the both of you. for our anniversary I just made his favorite food and we ate and watched movies all day and night. you don’t need to make it seem romantic in order for it to be romantic. if you do like it to seem romantic then try get a few candles together and make a nice dinner or lunch while he’s at school and have a picnic inside.
Happy Anniversary!! … Happy Anniversary!!!!! For our anniversary i like to look up what the traditional gift is…so if it is lets say paper I would get a gift card to a book store! And dinner and candles always work!!!!
