IBIZA-FORMENTERA, dream, reality and pine …
When there were 2,600 years ago in Ibiza European cities had urban population: Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans, Muslims, until the Christian conquest in 1235.
Just to remember that anniversaries of his virgin party is held every August 2: dance traditions, crafts of all life, fireworks, for an island that always seems at parties, from the hippy world that survives in the market of Dalias, to a life that spreads from Dalt Vila at all locations which, curiously, are named after saints: San Carlos, Santa Eulalia, San Antonio, etc.
Perhaps watching the sunset at Cafe del Mar music background Chill-out, opens the great night of ibiza: macrodiscotecas until dawn.
Formentera is mostly nature: centuries-old fig trees, lizards endemic, fog romantic and pristine beaches incurred by the Posidonia plant responsible for the oxygenation of the water and protected by UNESCO.

Bishop Iniguez says, “It is the church obligation to teach the people proper conscience.” Obviously, the Church failed in this country! The Church’s failure drove these women to abortions. Illegal abortions are high! 560,000 every year! Not counting those illegal abortions done in their own backyards which can run up to 800,000. You call this proper conscience? Stop meddling with the government affairs! Enough with nonsense! Focus on your moral obligations! Giving the Filipinos proper conscience means giving them the options and access to family planning. Stop illegal abortions! Educate the people. Help the poor people by giving them access to family planning.

Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago to Church: stop opposing RH bill; Heart Evangelista attends Senate hearing for support
Published: 2011-08-02 07:28:00
(SPOT.ph) In her co-authorship speech yesterday, August 1, opening the Senate plenary debates on the Reproductive Health Bill, Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago appealed to the Church to focus on more pertinent issues like poverty and corruption, instead of involving themselves with the controversial legislation, reports GMA News.
According to the senator, the Catholic Church is the only major religion in the country against the RH Bill and that the Philippines is one of six out of 48 largely Catholic countries that still does not have an RH law. Defensor-Santiago argued that the bill would help alleviate injustice. “The first step in abolishing injustice is to recognize how much the Church itself is tied to the unjust system that oppresses the very poor. RH is available to the rich, why should it not be made available to the very poor?” she said. In an ABS-CBN report, Defensor-Santiago suggested for the Church to stop meddling in matters of reproductive health and to just allow parents to listen to their conscience.
While the Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) agreed that conscience is important, the CBCP noted that her statements were lacking. “Tama ang sinabi ng senadora na ang konsensya ang dapat sundin. Pero hindi niya alam na obligasyon ng simbahan na turuan ang tao na magkaroon ng tamang konsensya (The senator is right in saying that the conscience should be followed. But she does not know that it is the Church’s obligation to teach people proper conscience),” said CBCP Public Affairs Director Fr. Deogracias Yniguez. Sen. President Juan Ponce Enrile echoed this sentiment: For him, proper conscience is to use family planning methods approved by the Church.
Supporting Defensor-Santiago as she delivered her speech was actress Heart Evangelista, who attended the plenary. Evangelista was maid-of-honor at the senator’s 50th wedding anniversary.

“A City on its Knees” – the song used for the National Day of Prayer at our nations capital just before 9/11/01. This is more then a song. A City on its Knees is a movement of prayer and of action. With your donations we have created a foundation of influence to raise financial assistance to help worthy causes that bring needed aid to victims and families such as 9/11 and restoration to cities past, present and future, and help promote massive prayer movements . We shall produce this initial video for $4,000 as a tribute for the 10th Year anniversary Memorial Music Video to those who perished on 9/11, their families, and civic leaders – With your support we will be at Ground Zero this 09/11/11 to share this song with the world on national media. Please help us raise supporters to complete this video before 08/01/11 to promote this song as the Theme Song for this years events in NYC. We’ve already shot the footage for this initial video, and now need $4,000 more for production and editing costs for the final cut. Then we can get to our final stage of getting the finished project to those in NYC so we can play it live there, encapsulate the vision, and take it to the people. All we desire is to offer hope to hurting people and healing to the land.
Every one who participated in production, walked into the room with their hearts and souls completely open to coming together to help the people of 9/11 and those affected by citywide devastations. Please embed this video in your site and send this plea out to those who may want to help us get this Music and Video Memorial to those who are planning 9/11 and prayer events at a city or national level. Thank you for your prayers and needed financial support to complete this Memorial video. We also want to pay tribute to the heroic first responders, while at the same time recognizing that there were many heroes that day, and the days that followed — and each and every victim will be remembered with equal importance.

So… March 9th was my five year YouTube anniversary. This tribute was supposed to be FINISHED and uploaded by then, but due to multiple complications and setbacks that tend to occur when you attempt to throw a video together at the last minute, it was delayed. But that doesn’t make it any less special. It just means it doesn’t get to say it was uploaded on March 9th. :[
